One of my favourite sauces on top of veggies is a green tahini sauce or my garlic-y tahini sauce . It’s full of healthy fats, tastes delicious and is easy to whip up in no time!
2 Tbsp unhulled tahini
2 spring onions
A handful of flat leaf parsley
1 lemon, juiced
Boiling water as needed (I used about 2-3 Tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine everything in a mini blender and blend until smooth and green! If you want to make this in a larger blender and need more liquid to get it moving, just make the batch larger and keep the remaining sauce in a tight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
