Green Tahini Sauce
- 2 Tbsp unhulled tahini
- 2 spring onions
- A handful of flat leaf parsley
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Boiling water as needed (I used about 2-3 Tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine everything in a mini blender and blend until smooth and green! If you want to make this in a larger blender and need more liquid to get it moving, just make the batch larger and keep the remaining sauce in a tight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
- Serve with literally ANYTHING!
