‘Cheesy’ Roasted Brussels with a Green Tahini Sauce

‘Cheesy’ Roasted Brussels with a Green Tahini Sauce
I love adding nutritional yeast to my brussel sprouts – it gives it a cheesy flavour (duh), full of B12 and something different to mix things up! Plus, it’s a great option to have some cheesy-ness without all the bloat afterwards.
  • 24 brussel sprouts (or however many you want)
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Coconut oil for spraying
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green Tahini Sauce to serve
  1. Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray
  2. Cut the ends off the brussels and slice in half. Place them onto the tray and spray with coconut oil (or drizzle). Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and roast for 35 minutes until golden and crispy!
  3. Meanwhile, make the green tahini sauce
  4. To serve, drizzle the tahini sauce over the top!
