How to Become HER (3/5): Heal Your Money Trauma & Build Wealth That Feels Safe to Hold

Manifesting money isn't just about calling it in. It's also about holding it.

Focusing on attracting money is great, but it's not the same as holding the money you attract. Because as soon as it starts flowing in, you've unconsciously found ways to get rid of the money. This is the reality of money trauma. Your body is protecting itself from getting hurt (e.g., being judged by others, a parent asking you for money, or fear of losing it, and the reasons go on).


So, as a result, you have a set point, or an energetic "normal" at a certain amount of money. This creates a CEILING that you'll come up against again and again.

This is also why you might see your income going up, but you're still sitting around the same amount of money in your bank account at the end of the month. Or, you're never quiiiiiite able to feel like you're in TRUE overflow.


I’ve coached women and men since 2018 who are making $10K a month to $500K a month—and the pattern is always the same. The amount of money isn’t the issue. It’s their capacity to hold that amount of money, and feel safe doing so.


You likely avoid checking your bank accounts (you know if I'm talking to you). Or when you do, you feel that little sick flip of your stomach, wondering what you're going to find.


Look, prior to 2018, I used to avoid checking my bank accounts like the plague. Now, sometimes I find myself missing checking my bank accounts, because my husband does a lot of my finances for me.


I've actually had to get back into the habit of looking at my bank accounts because I literally miss seeing my money. But that was something that I had to train myself to get into, which, trust me, took a hot sec. That being said…


Here are 3 things you can start doing today to begin to shift this:

  • Look at your bank account daily and begin to practice having neutrality towards whatever you see.

  • Treat money like a friend—talk to it, track it, love it.

  • Spend intentionally on one thing that drops you into your HER frequency... even if it’s simply $6 on a coffee that you could make at home, but it gets you in the vibe. (Also, how did coffee go from $2.50 to $8??!!!!!! I'm no longer a coffee drinker and just found out the other week a latte was $8.)


Let me be clear. The goal here isn't to spend recklessly. That's not what you're doing. You're still respecting your money. What we're doing, though, is we're teaching your nervous system that it is SAFE to have more.

It's safe to have wealth. It's safe to love money. It's safe to have money and to hold money.


Spending money on something that is going to put you into a higher vibrational frequency so that you can wrap up this year feeling like HER, is a totally different vibe than mindlessly blowing money on something. And only you'll know what that looks like for you!
