At Monica Yates Health, we are committed to providing high-quality products and resources to support your personal development journey. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products — including but not limited to online courses, meditations, masterclasses, and downloadable resources — are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is completed and you have received access to the content, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out to our support team with any questions before purchasing a digital item.

 

2. Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product through our store, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

    • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 

Return process:

    1. Email our support team at support@monicayateshealth.com with your order details and reason for return.
    2. Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of our receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
