I feel like I accomplished more in the 2 hours that I spent with Monica than I have in years with other very good coaches.

My main reason for going to Monica was to help clear my acne. Within just a couple of days, I noticed a difference!

She helped me understand that my skin problems were not due to diet, skincare, or any of the millions of other things I was trying to do to treat it but that my body was screaming at me to slow down and allow myself to feel safe to be seen. For a long time, I felt like I knew my skin problems stemmed from trauma, but that can be hard to accept as the answer.
