How to Become HER (Part 2/5): Nervous System Habits That Anchor Your Next Level
Becoming HER isn’t an overnight "flip of a switch." I’m always going to teach you the process that allows you to become HER in a sustainable way—a way that doesn’t disappear as soon as life starts happening.
My [very much proven] three-step process is a non-negotiable. It looks like this…
H-eal
E-mbody
R-adiate
…get it? 😉
Without these 3 steps, you'll find yourself hitting brick wall after brick wall, going back to square one as soon as life gets a little too mental, or “falling off the bandwagon” when things start to test you instead of rising up to meet the challenge.
I want you to ask yourself, if I were already my version of HER…
-
How would I show up today?
-
How would I dress myself?
-
How would I set my day up for success?
-
What would my calendar look like?
-
What would my productivity look like?
-
How would I be focusing and not just scrolling on Instagram all day?
And then the real kicker? You're actually going to do it.
I want you to DO the things that bring you into alignment with this version of yourself, and I want you to say NO to the things that aren't in alignment with this version of yourself. This is often the missing piece for so many, and why they ultimately don't get what they want... they forget to take action, to live as HER.
And when I'm talking about showing up as your version of HER, I'm not just talking about the macro things. I'm also talking about how you're being HER in the micro moments of your day-to-day.
It's the little things you're doing repetitively that actually have the biggest impact, and that will have the biggest impact by the end of the year—especially in the way that you're feeling at the end of the year.
So, for the next week…
-
Go to bed early.
-
Have your morning coffee or tea in a vibey mug that makes you feel that certain way.
-
Dry body brush for 2 minutes before you get in the shower.
-
Don't scroll on your phone before you go to bed.
Lather, rinse, repeat. These small repetitive actions are actually what changes your nervous system, so that you are literally embodying the highest version of yourself by the end of this year. Heck, by the end of next week, even.
PS: If you're ready to step into 2026 not feeling like you just barely survived the holidays, but like you're the most radiant, refreshed, grounded, and unstoppable version of yourself... Then come join me in DecemHER. It's a small (yet powerful!) taste of the flavour inside of HER Year (which, if you're not on the waitlist for 2026, get over there).
