How to Become HER (Part 1/5): Why Being Around the Right Women Quantum Leaps You

I started a juicy series on Instagram last month, and I wanted to share it with you here because I truly cannot get enough of this topic. 

The power of being in close proximity with other women.

As women, we are not meant to be in isolation. We are literally wired for community.

When you are around other women who lift you up, who aren't stabbing you in the back, who expand your mind, who are not jealous, who truly want to see you win, and who have intelligent, powerful conversations... you're not just going to get ideas from that.

It's not about simply making new friends, because I get it—in some seasons, you literally don't have time or space for new friends.

But what happens is when you're in community with other women who are like you, who are farther ahead than you, and who are expanders for you... they elevate you. 

They open your mind to what's possible. They create safety and normalcy around the things you so deeply desire.

And if you want to become HER by the end of this year (or whenever you're reading this because this is truly timeless), you need to very quickly get into a frequency, an energy, and a ROOM that is going to support your quantum leap.

Maybe it's getting in a room where women:

• Are making more money than you
• Have a really solid system in their home
• Are killing it at motherhood and you can't wait to become a mum
• Or whatever it is that's expansive for you...

This makes your frequency increase tenfold!

And when you are in a higher frequency, it's easier to manifest what you want, to show up as your best self, to be energized, to think of new creative ways of doing things, and to channel through ideas that quite literally could quantum leap you for the rest of this year.

So, I invite you to ask yourself this: "How can I invest more time, money, and energy into being in a community that will expand me not just this year, but into next year and beyond?"
