The MotHER table is a 3-hour lunch experience for women who love to   achieve  , who get off on  building  incredible things and  chasing  their dreams, and who believe  motherhood  can be the richest chapter of their lives without becoming a martyr or sacrificing their ambition.

NOTE: This is for seasoned mothers, pregnant women, and women who are wanting to conceive in the next 1-2 years and step into an expansive energy around positive motherhood before they conceive.

SAVE ME A SEAT

If you're   already a mother , or you're  pregnant

You've probably noticed how few rooms there are where you can say how much you love this without someone rolling their eyes or saying “just you wait.” Rooms where you can talk about your next launch and your kids in the same breath without feeling judged for either are even rarer.

At this table you get to have BOTH. You'll meet women who “get” your particular version of a dream life: the school run and the board meeting on the same day, wanting another baby and wanting the next big thing in your business at the same time.

And for the women at the table who aren't mothers yet, you hold the wisdom they've been wishing for. Passing that on to someone who's about to walk the same path is one of the most meaningful things you can do, and most of us never get asked.

The hard days are real and nobody here will pretend otherwise. They just aren't the only story, and at this table they won't be the loudest one.

I WANT IN

If you want to   become a mother  in the next year or two

You might want this badly and still feel a knot in your stomach when you picture it. That makes sense, given much of what you've been told about what motherhood will require you to sacrifice. You've heard plenty about what you'll lose: your body, your sleep, your career, your marriage, even your sense of who you are. But nobody has sat you down and told you what you’ll gain.

This lunch is THAT conversation—you'll be at a table with women who have gone before you and are living your dream. Some are pregnant, some have toddlers, some have teenagers, some are pregnant right now. They'll share with you how much motherhood has given them, and how much their drive, their work, and their fire is still alive.

Your nervous system learns what's safe from experience much more than from information. Getting to hear stories in person from real women and watching their faces change when they talk about their kids will start to shift things for you. So many women walk into motherhood braced for the worst, but you get to walk in expecting something good.

These days most of what we learn about motherhood comes through the birth stories that went wrong, the reels about never sleeping again, and the friend of a friend who "lost herself" after her second baby. You can take in hundreds of these stories before you've ever held a newborn, and your mind unknowingly files every one of them away as a “warning.”

Women used to sit together, and the ones further along would tell the younger ones what it was really like, including the parts that made it the best thing they ever did. Sadly, this village mostly doesn't exist anymore.

So, for one afternoon in London, I’m bringing   “the village” together around a beautiful  Christmas-themed  table.

This lunch is for you if...

You're scared you'll have to choose between the career you've built and the mother you want to be

You've found yourself reading birth horror stories at midnight and wondering why you do this to yourself

You're a mum who's missing adult conversation that goes deeper than nap schedules

You want women in your life who are a few steps further down the road than you

You want your children to grow up watching a mother who loves her life

You're tired of friendships that only exist in a group chat, and you want to be in a room with real women again

Your host:   Monica Yates

I’m an industry-leading trauma healer, feminine leadership expert, & NYT and USA Today bestselling author. I help high-performing women and mothers heal their chronic symptoms, step into their feminine power, regulate their nervous system, and create their dream life without adding more tools to their (already full) to-do list.

I’m also an Australian living in Atlanta with my husband and 16-month-old son, and am proudly the female breadwinner without sacrificing my femininity. You can find me speaking on stages and changing my clients’ lives whilst tending to my chickens and baking fresh bread. I want women (and mothers) to know you don’t have to choose between a softer life and an ambitious one.

Joining us:   Millie Poppins

Millie Poppins is a London-based, trusted baby expert and motherhood mentor who has spent over a decade supporting hundreds of high-profile mothers and newborns through their earliest, and often most vulnerable, months. Her work has been featured in Harper's Bazaar and The Telegraph, and her whole approach comes back to helping mothers tune out the endless "shoulds" and trust what actually feels right for their own baby.

Millie recently became a mum herself and has been refreshingly honest about what it's like to be the expert in the room and a first-time mother at the same time, including going back to work postpartum and loving it far more than she expected. At the table, she'll be giving you the practical, reassuring version of the early months that you won't find in the midnight horror stories.
