You Don't Have to Choose Between Success and Love—Here's My Story

If you’re new here, let me re-introduce myself. Here are some random (or not so random) things about me.

I’m Australian. I spent the first seven years of my life living in New York, and then the rest of the time living in Australia.

My business started as a food blog when doctors thought I had endometriosis. Five years later, I found my true purpose, which is what I do now.

I’ve been helping high-achieving women (and men) for 9 years to deepen intimacy and polarity in their relationship, and feel safe embodying their feminine and/or masculine energy, heal their nervous system, and make more money–so they can lead, love, and live with joy and inner peace.

In September 2024, I married the guy I met on a chairlift while skiing, with our dream wedding in Rome! It was a four-day wedding and the best weekend of our lives.

I’m the breadwinner, and my husband started working for my company a few years ago. Yes, you can be in your feminine and be making money. You do not have to choose between success and love. You can have a masculine man who leads you, even if you make bank.

We released my book, Becoming HER (when I was VERY pregnant) after six years of writing, editing, and all the sh*t that goes into publishing a book! And it hit the USA Today bestseller right under Mel Robbins, New York Times bestseller, and LA Times. You can buy it here.

I love to garden and have a thriving veggie patch in summer. I also love to work, and no, you don’t need to be baking bread and in boho clothing to be in your feminine if that’s not you being your authentic self.

In June 2025, I had the homebirth of my dreams. I laboured for about 28 hours and had the most incredible postpartum thanks to setting myself up for success with the energetic work that I did, starting from preconception to the support we lined up, and to the fact that I am someone who is now able to release control (this was not the case 10 years ago!). Check out this blog post for exactly what I did to set myself up for my positive postpartum experience.

Also, you can hear my full birth story and see some of the footage on my YouTube channel right here.

A few things about my journey that got me into the work that I do now, which you can read more about in the about me pinned post on my Instagram profile.

  • I used to have horrendous periods, and of course, the doctor just told me to go on the pill. That led to some serious complications, like becoming peri-menopausal at the age of 19.

  • I had a really bad ski accident where I had to learn how to walk again. That really got me out of being hyper-independent as a badge of honour.

  • I had a lot of shame around wanting to be more in my feminine and having a man lead me because I thought that was weak.

  • I idolised more masculine traits (and my dad) and looked down upon more feminine traits as weak and less than.

  • I thought that being a good feminist meant being a cold b*tch and never needing or wanting a man.

My purpose here is to help you reach a place of deep inner peace and ecstatic joy in your life.

That doesn’t mean you become a perfect human, and doesn’t mean that every day is perfect…but it means that you’re actually able to enjoy the human experience and move through life with flexibility rather than being a control freak. Your baseline becomes your feminine essence (which is really just your authentic self) instead of hyper-masculinity.

Other things I love:

  • Pilates

  • Travel (to Europe lol)

  • Horse riding

  • Motherhood (and we all need a village)

  • Skiing (I once trained to be a ski instructor)

  • Cooking

  • Public speaking (like, I LOVE it)
