Growing a business isn't just meditation and masturbation, you have to work hard too. | Breaking down the IG illusions, real talk and the personality traits you need for success.
In today’s podcast, I am sharing with you guys some fucking TRUTH BOMBS of how growing my business wasn’t just about feminine energy.
I started talking about running by business in the feminine when I first started BABA about 2 years ago, and since then the popularity of feminine business modules has been growing rapidly. Whilst this is fantastic, I’m worried that new business owners are under the illusion that if they just masturbate and meditate, they’ll become millionaires.
So on today’s episode, I am sharing with you guys some fundamental TRUTH bombs to light a fire under your ass and to ground you into the knowing that it does take hard work and it’s not just all rainbows and butterflies in your business.
I’ll also be sharing with you the top personality traits that I’ve seen in my most successful business clients of mine.
It's amazing that we're encouraging women to do business more from a place of pleasure, surrender, soul guidance and heart felt desires - I'm so here for this. I also want to talk about the other side. You also have to work hard. I don't want any of you guys thinking it was easy fucking peasy and that I always did things in my feminine. Looking back on my first year of business, I definitely needed to slow the fuck down and I could have done a lot more things from a place of feminine energy. Don't be under the illusion that I would have had the same results if I'd meditated and danced all day, because that's not true. I also know for a fact that my consistent effort that I put into my business did pay off.
I made strong foundations in the first year of my business, and I burning out because I didn't know my limit. That's where the feminine is important, so you don't burn yourself out and you stay in flow and alignment. I don't want you guys to think that if you meditate, dance and orgasm you're going to get a million clients coming through your door, because that's not how it works. You need to have the masculine element of your business, especially starting up. And then, once you've got your business going you will be able to take more time off, relax, have your weekends again. But I don't want you thinking that you can have your dream business from the get go, because I feel like I'd be lying if I told you that.
Yes you can have it all, yes you can structure your business in a way that you want to, and I do believe those that create success for themselves rapidly, the common thing that they have is an unwavering self belief, passion and desire to achieve their goal. So they will work on the weekends if they have to, they will work late, they will go above and beyond so that they can have this level of success. Now what I didn't do (because no one taught me this) is know when to stop. I didn't know how to be more productive with my time. I thought that if I worked 15 hours a day then I was succeeding more than if I worked 8 hours a day.
I continuously showed up because I knew what my dreams were and nothing was going to stop me from achieving them.
It's not all rainbows and butterflies. You need to put in the effort and take action if you want results.
You have to back yourself 100%, because you will keep going even when shit gets tough. You have to keep going, even when you're not making money.
Don't glamourise having your own business. It's fucking amazing, and it's not for the faint hearted.
THINGS I NOTICE IN SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
An unwavering amount of drive and gumption where nothing will stop you
You are not trying to get anyone else's validation because that will constantly lead you to feel defeated
A hunger to always want more for yourself
An innate desire to constantly learn
