1/2 cup boiling water (adding more if you want it thinner)
Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray
Cut the sweet potato into wedges and lay out on one of the trays. Drizzle or spray with 2 tbsp of coconut oil and season with salt and pepper
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, make the tahini sauce by adding everything into a jar and shake vigorously until well combined. You can add more boiling water if you want it thinner.
Serve with the sauce on the side of the chips to dip them into!
