Paleo Almond Flour Bread Recipe

Paleo Almond Flour Bread Recipe

Enjoy this simple, clean, and nourishing paleo almond flour bread recipe. I shared it with my HER Year ladies first, and they've been raving about it!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1¾ cups blanched almond flour

  • 1¼ cups tapioca flour or arrowroot flour

  • ½ cup golden flaxseed meal

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (approximately, a little extra is fine. always add a bit more than less if you’re wondering)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (approximately, this doesn’t need to be exact, always add a bit more than less if you’re wondering)


METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

  • Grease a medium glass loaf pan with olive oil

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl

  • Mix very well, making sure there are no visible flour spots and everything is fully combined

  • Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan

  • Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown

  • Insert a skewer or cake tester into the center—it should come out clean when the loaf is cooked through

  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool

  • Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
