Paleo Almond Flour Bread Recipe
Enjoy this simple, clean, and nourishing paleo almond flour bread recipe. I shared it with my HER Year ladies first, and they've been raving about it!
INGREDIENTS

1¾ cups blanched almond flour

1¼ cups tapioca flour or arrowroot flour

½ cup golden flaxseed meal

¼ teaspoon sea salt
-
2 teaspoons baking powder
-
1 teaspoon baking soda
-
3 eggs
-
½ cup water
-
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (approximately, a little extra is fine. always add a bit more than less if you’re wondering)

3 tablespoons olive oil (approximately, this doesn’t need to be exact, always add a bit more than less if you’re wondering)
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

Grease a medium glass loaf pan with olive oil

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl

Mix very well, making sure there are no visible flour spots and everything is fully combined

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown
-
Insert a skewer or cake tester into the center—it should come out clean when the loaf is cooked through

Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool
-
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
