It's 9:40pm in the second week of December.
It's 9:40pm in the second week of December.

The kids are finally asleep—you've got work emails open in one tab and a half-finished shopping cart in the other; you're trying to remember what size your son is in now, and a WhatsApp message from school reminds you the nativity costume is due Thursday (a sheep, apparently, and no, they won't be providing it).

You're the one tracking the teacher gifts from the kids, the postage cut-off for the parcel to your mum, which aunty is gluten-free this year, and the roasting tray that needs to be replaced because it didn't survive last Christmas.

You're always balancing all-the-things,  and in  December  all-the-things doubles.

You're running a business or a team, and at the same time, there's a work party, friends who want to "catch up before the holidays," and somewhere in that chaos you still need to find the time to feed your family a healthy dinner because pasta four nights in a row makes you feel like the worst mum.

Then your husband asks, "What do you want for Christmas?" and you can’t even think about yourself because you’re always worried about everyone else.

So the kids get pasta for the fourth night in a row, you ugly-wrap presents on Christmas Eve, and they look nothing like the pretty Pinterest pictures you crave to have sitting under the tree.

The day after Christmas, you feel like you’ve been hit by a bus and are glad it’s all over... but equally sad that you kinda wished away the most magical time of the year.

You're always balancing all-the-things,  and in  December  all-the-things doubles.

You might be here if…

You feel like the only one in your house trying to make the holidays magical, and if you don't remember to do it yourself, it doesn't happen.

Sure, you can pay for help with almost anything, but that doesn't take the decisions off your plate, so every gift, menu, and teacher card still sits in your mental load.

You start December with the best intentions, and somehow still end up wrapping presents at 10pm on Christmas Eve again.

You spend Christmas morning in the kitchen or picking up wrapping paper, and later realise you barely remember seeing the joy on your kids' faces when they realised Santa ate the cookies.

You snap at your kids or your husband more than you’d like, and December ends up being the most overwhelming month yet again.

Christmas has started to feel like another thing on your (already full) to-do list, and everything you have to do feels a bit flat and stressful.

And what you want instead…

To open a plan where every decision is already made for you, so all you have to do is follow it to keep making all the magic for your kids (the stockings, the Santa paper, the priceless look on their faces at 6am).

For Christmas to feel like someone else planned it, so you simply get to show up and enjoy it the way everyone else in your family does.

A fairy to cook meals in December, when you’ve been working all day and only have an hour to see the kids and eat before you have to go to another holiday party.

Your evenings back—spent on the couch under a blanket with the kids and a Christmas movie, whilst your phone is in airplane mode.

To feel looked after this Christmas, like someone was finally thinking about you for once.

To get to January feeling like you were present for Christmas this year, and actually enjoyed it with the people you love the most.

If you nodded along to more than a couple of these,
The Mother  Concierge  was made for you.

OOOFT YOU'RE SPEAKING RIGHT TO ME

I'm so incredibly excited to step into the role of motherhood.

My very negative stories around Motherhood (which I didn't even realise I had before being in this container [HER Year]) have begun to shift, making me so incredibly excited to step into the role of being a part-time stepmum next year to my partner's 2 beautiful kids.

-Renee

You've already outsourced plenty. Maybe there's a cleaner, a nanny or after-school help, a grocery delivery that turns up on Tuesdays, and you'd happily pay for more if it meant not just feeling productive, but Alive.

What nobody can buy you is someone to do the deciding—so every gift, every dinner, and every "Oh, we need to sort the Santa photos" still sits in your brain.

And you tell yourself it's just December... that it'll calm down in January, or once the kids are older, or once this launch is done. I've been doing this work with high-achieving women since 2018, and I can tell you it doesn't calm down on its own, because December is simply the month the load gets loud enough to notice. The same weight is sitting on you in March; you've just gotten used to carrying it.

As one mum put it, "It's as if the rest of the year's resentment builds up" in December.

You love what you've built, and you want your kids to see what your career looks like. You also want them to see you on the floor on Boxing Day building the Lego with them,   laughing, feeling like yourself again.  Getting there doesn't take more discipline in December. It just takes having the decisions made   before December starts.

The real cost is the version of you your kids get in December: snappy, half-listening, scrolling for teacher gifts during bath time, and too tired to enjoy the very things you're working so hard to create for them. You only get so many Christmases where they still believe in the magic—and you deserve to actually be a present part of them.

What  December  will feel like instead...

It's the 1st of December, and there's nothing left on your list. When your friend texts in a panic asking what on earth to get her mother-in-law, you realise you haven't thought about presents since November. And when the 5pm "What's for dinner?" moment hits on a Tuesday, dinner's already made, so you're sitting down with the kids fifteen minutes later, and you're still in a good mood.

Welcome to the December when you watch the Christmas movie on the couch with your kids instead of answering emails beside them, and wake up on Christmas morning with a coffee or tea in your hand thanks to your husband, with nothing keeping you up late last night. You might even say yes to a spontaneous Friday night with friends, because for once nothing is stressing you out at home.

I WANT MY DECEMBER BACK

Made by   four mums living very different motherhoods.

Monica: Breadwinner, CEO of Monica Yates Health, mum to Tripp (16-months-old), with a nanny at home.

Amanda: Homeschools her four children (12, 10, 6, and 3), whilst working for MYH from home.

Olivia: Two kids (4 and 6) at two different schools, plus a 6-month-old baby at home, and works full-time for MYH from home.

Selma: Works full-time out of the home for MYH, whilst her 22-month-old daughter is in daycare.

The Mother Concierge: Holiday Edition is the exact system I’ve been running my own Decembers on since before I became a mum (it’s gotten about ten times better since), and I built it out with three mums on my team because we’re all living very different motherhoods, but want the same magical, intentional December for our families.

So, whether your December looks like a nanny and a work deadline, or a baby on your hip and two school concerts on the same night... the plan works
for your version of motherhood too.

What's Inside
The Mother  Concierge

This is my done-for-you Christmas plan, and it's only $47 USD until November 5th.

SIGN ME UP!

In November it becomes a 2–3 week plan that syncs to your calendar, and if a day goes sideways, you move that task to one that suits you better, so everything is done before December even starts.

You won’t find “50 gift ideas for toddlers” in here; you’ll find “your child is this age → buy this.”

It’s $47, which is less than the takeaway you panic-order when you’re burnt out (and it’s not even December yet), and it gives you back the hours you’d otherwise lose to Googling and decision fatigue. As one mum put it, you’re “a mother investing in herself so she can be the best possible mother.”

The Mother Concierge is on sale until November 5th, because that’s the day we start the plan together.

NOTE: The guide will be delivered to your inbox on Thurs, Nov 5th, at 8am ET (New York) so we can kick off together.

The Gift Guide

Everyone on your list is already decided—from your kids (ages 0-12) and your mother-in-law to the teachers, and yes, you, because for once, someone should be thinking about you at Christmas. You just pick from the few (well-thought-out, "Monica approved") options, click, and order. Things are listed in a way that’s very easy to find based on your budget, currency, and how to order it from your country.

The Kitchen Plan

It’s like a fairy cooked your December dinners. When you've worked all day and have one hour with the kids before the next Christmas party, 14 dinners already in your freezer, no weekend batch cooking required. On Christmas Eve, you're watching a movie with the kids and your man, not trying to whip up a batch of gingerbread cookies from scratch (also FYI, I’m not going to be telling you to buy store-bought either… I have a magic method).

Wrapping and Decorations

No more wrapping gifts at 10pm on Christmas Eve. The presents are wrapped and the house is ready before December even starts, so once the kids are in bed, there's nothing left to do except cuddle with your sexy man.

Date Night Ideas

December ideas for nights out with your husband are already picked, so all that's left is booking the babysitter, and you guys get to soak up the magic, adult-style. ;)

Experiences with the Kids

Instead of another Google search and more time staring at the screen or speaking to a robot that gives you bad choices (or that you just don’t trust lol), we’ve compiled a list of traditions that they’ll actually remember, so that you get to make memories with them and be away from your phone.

Plus, our family-approved Christmas movie list, so movie night is just a matter of grabbing the blanket and pressing play instead of being stuck in more decision fatigue trying to choose what to watch.

Your Guide, Two Ways

Pick the beautiful printable version if you love ticking things off with a pen, or open the built-out Notion dashboard if you’d rather run December from your phone (no Notion account needed, it’s a published page you just open and go). Either way, you’ll also get a calendar file you download once, and every task drops straight into whatever calendar you already use, so you can drag things around when a day goes sideways.

Private Group Chat

You'll receive access to a private group chat (hosted in Telegram) for a little village vibe with other mums cheering each other on whilst we work through the plan together. Pop in whenever it suits you and ignore it when it doesn’t; every important reminder goes straight to your email and phone, so you’ll never miss a thing.

And yes, you have full permission to mute it or not join at all if a group chat isn't your thing in this season.

The Live Masterclass (Limited-Time Replay Included)

The Mother Manifestation Method: The NYE Strategy Made for Ambitious Mothers

Whether you’re already a mum of many or preparing to become one in the next few years, you’ll learn the 7 pillars to creating the motherhood of your dreams (that actually works for busy mums). On Thursday, November 19th, at 12pm ET, I’m running a LIVE session made for mums. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you want 2027 to feel like, and feeling lighter than when you arrived.

You're automatically registered when you purchase The Mother Concierge guide, and you'll receive more details and reminders as we get closer. Another "to-do" checked off your list FOR you... you're welcome. ;)

I want MY December back ($47)

Monica literally gave me permission that I would have never given myself.

In the masterclass, Monica asked us what we’ll be proud of at the end of the year, and my brain IMMEDIATELY went to… Oh my god, I need to start hustling again. I just had a baby, but he’s already six weeks old. I’m slacking. I need to get back at it. I need to do more.

And then she followed it up with… unless what you want to be proud of is actually being PRESENT in this part of your life and not being one of those high achievers who looks back one day and regrets not slowing down for a minute.

And I was like… okay. I needed to hear that. So thank you, Monica, because you literally gave me permission that I would have NEVER given myself. To slow down a little. To enjoy my toddler and my six-week-old baby. To not feel like every second I’m not working means I’m falling behind.

I worked my ass off all year so I could have this little bit of time to slow down and actually enjoy my babies while they’re this little.
And I’m STILL working. I’m still selling houses, and somehow, in the six weeks since having my son, I also created an entire Real Estate course that I’m now selling to new Realtors. So maybe I’m not actually slacking. Maybe at the end of this year I’ll be proud that I finally let myself slow down enough to enjoy the life I’ve worked so hard for.

-Chelsea

The best bit is that you get to spend December   making all the magic.  The stockings, the Christmas board games, the look on their faces at 6am when they see the mess Santa left in the living room. Someone else has just done the thinking and mental load for you, so for the first time in years you get to feel Christmassy  too.

The way you feel as a mother in December is something you can shape, the same way you'd plan anything you care about at work. It takes only a few hours of intention in November, and someone who has already made the decisions for you—and I'd love to be that someone this year.

Monica Yates in a white suit reclined in a cane chair

Hi, I'm Monica Yates.

I'm an industry-leading trauma healer and feminine leadership expert, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, speaker, podcast host, and founder & CEO of Monica Yates Health.

I work with high-performing women and mothers—executives, founders, CEOs, public figures—to heal their chronic symptoms, step into their feminine power, heal their nervous system, and create their dream life with fulfillment without adding more tools to their (already full) to-do list.

For the last nine years, through my proprietary trauma-healing methodology, I have helped both men and women somatically release stored trauma and conditioning, allowing them to fully embody who they were born to be and experience sustainable expansion across all areas of life—business, relationships, family, health, and fertility.

I have built a multi-million dollar business that has changed the lives of thousands, offering actionable, real healing without the 'fluff.' As evident by an extensive library of testimonials, my MYH Trauma Healing Methodology has made me the go-to person when someone has "tried everything."

My husband, Hal, our son, and I currently reside in Atlanta.

Working with Monica gave me so many pillars to ground and expand into it all, and I am so grateful.

When I first joined, it was at a time when I was a first-time mum, and I was confident but not solid in my new identity. Finishing HER Year and hitting huge milestones like having my dream wedding, honeymooning, and moving into a place by the beach (something I’ve wanted for so long), I am really proud of myself - that’s huge for me to say. With having a huge year, it stretched my capacity. But in this program [HER Year], I embodied so much - patience and compassion for myself, a real knowing and belief to make it big instead of dimming myself, permission to have it all and make it happen. I really expanded in so many areas of my life. My relationship was still so full of spice and magic, I was so present with Octavia, I was very productive with less time, and I really let myself be stretched and honour my emotions through it all because, at times, it was really tough holding all of it at once. Looking back now, HER Year gave me so many pillars to ground and expand into it all, and I am so grateful.

FAQs

I'm super busy and don't understand how this will help me be LESS busy by adding something else to my plate?

Trust me, I’m running a company with a 16-month-old who never stops moving and a holiday party on what feels like every night of December, so I built this for exactly that kind of plate.

Every decision is already made, so you literally just... DO it: the gifts are sorted, and the meal plan through November uses my HER cooking method to get 14 dinners into your freezer by December 1st without any extra effort. I’ll be doing it all with you too, so you actually get to enjoy your own Christmas without feeling like you have an extra 452 tabs open.

What if I’m particular about how things are done?

I get it, I used to be the same way—and I'd argue MOST mums reading this feel the same way—which is exactly why every gift and recipe in here had to get past me first (and I’d rather you buy a bauble you’ll keep for twenty years than cheap ones every December).

You still get the final say, because you’re choosing from a few quality options I’d happily have in my own home, and you can move any task to whatever day suits you.

Handing over the deciding feels strange at first, right up until you realise you haven’t opened a single “gift ideas for toddlers” tab all November. You're getting your TIME and mental sanity back. Sure, it feels scary, but that truly is priceless.

Can't I just use AI to do this for me?

Sure, you could ask ChatGPT for Christmas gift ideas, and it would give you fifty, but they’re all f*cking terrible and trashy. Everything in here was picked by real mums from a system I’ve been using for years, and I didn’t get any of it from a robot.

How do I know if this is for me?

This is for you if...

You run a business, lead a team, or are a stay-at-home mum with a massive mental load, and you're the person everyone else relies on to remember everything.

You might already pay for help at home, but you'd much rather spend $47 than 15 hours you can't get back, circling blog posts to figure out what to buy everyone.

You're expecting or planning a baby in the next year or two, and you want this to be the year you start embodying the motherhood you desire to have.

This probably is NOT for you if...

You're after a free printable with 100 ideas to sift through.

You're looking for a budget Christmas guide. I pick quality over cheap, from baubles you'll keep for twenty years to the good crackers, so this won't feel right if the goal is to spend as little as possible.

The Christmas Eve scramble and stress are your favorite part (no judgment, but I can't help you there).

You'd rather keep doing it all yourself because nobody else does it properly. I get it; I used to be her, and this plan will feel like handing over control until you see how good it feels.

Will this help me if I'm not a mum yet?

Absolutely, and this is the best time to start. This is the EXACT SYSTEM I have been using since before I even became a mum, and now it's just x10.

Most of the plan works whether or not you have kids yet (the gifts for everyone else on your list, the kitchen plan, the wrapping and decorating, and the date nights), and the parts for little ones show you how the magic gets made before you’re the one running on four hours’ sleep. If you’re expecting or planning a baby in the next year or two, this is the year you start building the December you want your family to have.

When do I get the guide so I can get started?

  • We'll deliver the printable PDF and Notion dashboard to your inbox on Thursday, November 5th, at 8am ET (New York) so we can all start implementing the done-for-you systems together.

  • You'll start receiving the weekly text reminders beginning November 5th as well.

  • The Telegram private group chat will kick off on November 5th as we get started going through the guide together. You'll receive an invite in your email a couple days before.

  • The LIVE masterclass will be hosted on Thursday, November 19th, at 12pm ET (New York). Everyone will receive a limited-time replay if you can't make it live.

The best part? If you start with me on November 5th, you'll have all t's crossed and i's dotted for your family's holidays before December even starts!

If you don't get an email on November 5th, check your spam/junk/promotions folder and if it's still not there—email my team at support@monicayateshealth.com and they'll make sure you're squared away.

Creating my dream DECEMBER now

A little note from me before you go...

I created The Mother Concierge: Holiday Edition because most of the women I work with run companies and run their entire household at the same time, and December is the month that finally tips them over. It’s for the mum who is so used to being the one who remembers everything that she’s forgotten what it feels like to be looked after.

What I want for you this year is to wake up on Christmas morning with a coffee in your hand that someone else made, and to actually remember the look on your kids’ faces because you weren’t thinking about the timer on the oven. Someone has already done the thinking for you, and I’d love to be that someone this year.

xx Monica
