You Don’t Need a 10-Step Morning Routine to Feel Feminine and Be Regulated

If you need a 34-step morning routine to feel feminine, regulated, and high vibe, you are setting yourself up for massive failure. I said to my HER Year ladies recently:

 

"How you show up on your bad days is more important than how you show up on your good days."

 

Because what happens on the days you can't do your red light, 4-step morning drink line-up, vibration plate, lymphatic draining, slow-poured coffee, 20-minute meditation, and 3 pages of journaling your affirmations?

 

I'll tell you what happens...you're now dysregulated, in a mood all day, and micromanaging because your baseline is not regulation or feminine energy.

 

So you're making yourself THINK that you're "regulated" and "feminine" when you "do" all of these things, but really you aren't. Who you are, without all that, tells me if you're actually regulated and feminine. If you need external things to make yourself feel better, that tells me there is a lot of outsourcing going on.

 

Plus, does it really make you healthier?

 

We know that happiness and joy are what extend your life and keep you healthy. And I know from working with high-performing women, just like you, that being told you need a 34-step morning routine to be healthy only makes them feel MORE STRESSED. It adds to your mental load and is the reason why you're feeling burnt out and like you want to throw in the towel and live in bum-f*ck-no-where Italy.

 

And look, I love a good morning routine. I love a good 10-step drink that makes me feel like a million bucks. I love using astrology, and love to throw out the line, "It's because I'm a Sagittarius." But with all of this, I'm also very rooted in knowing that I actually don't need any of that to feel good.

 

So, yes, use all the things you feel drawn to as supportive guidance, anchors, and ways to come back into regulation. BUTTTTT if you're reliant on them, or if you are living your life based on what your psychic said or what transit your zodiac sign is currently moving through—that tells me you're continuing to outsource your intuition instead of coming back to yourself. And I'm saying this is someone who's actually very psychic.

If you need everything to be going your way to show up for yourself, you’re not living as your best self, you haven’t healed your sh*t, and you aren't truly hot and healthy.

 

Instead, it all points to you outsourcing your sense of confidence, energy, mood, regulation, and feminine energy to a bunch of external things (which actually isn't sustainable and just adds to your mental load).

 

I mean, when you look at the Italians who live to be 102, they're not doing or following any of this.


 

If you're new to my work, you will start to hear me say that my job is to make myself redundant when it comes to your healing. Don't just come to me for the answer; I want to help you trust yourself to find your own answers again.

I don't want you to outsource your sense of truth to me. I don't want you to become codependent on me, where "you can't live without me"...because then I haven't done my job.

 

You don't get great long-term results from saving 56 IG posts a week with great ideas on how to get into your feminine, regulate your nervous system, or let your man lead you. They might all seem great in theory, but it's not actually making your life easier.

 

As someone who has done this work for 9 years now, I know what actually gives people long-term results and what doesn't. I pride myself on people emailing us 3, 4, 5, even 8 years later, telling me that the work they did with me is STILL affecting them.
