Fruit Gelatin Gummies

Fruit Gelatin Gummies

I get asked about my gelatin gummies all of the time—and honestly, I get it. They’re such a simple, easy way to give your body something it’s actually craving.

Most people think preventing stretch marks is just about using creams and oils, but the truth is, your skin reflects what’s happening inside. So whilst pregnant, I supported my body with collagen-rich goodness at least every couple of days. Sometimes it was with broth or slow-cooked meat, but most days, it was these little gummies. And they’re honestly addictive (my dogs love them as well!).

INGREDIENTS

  • 800ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit, lemon, lime (or do any juice you want, I just try to keep it lower sugar)—you can even just add a bit of water with it.
  • Vanilla
  • Honey
  • 4 tablespoons grassfed beef gelatin (I personally love this Great Lakes Wellness Beef Gelatin)

METHOD

  • Put the juice or water into a pot on the stove
  • Add a dash each of vanilla and honey
  • Sprinkle the grass fed been gelatin into the pot
  • Gently heat up the mixture on low heat for about 5 mins, until everything is absorbed and it’s liquid
  • Pour into a glass tray
  • Put the glass tray in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours and then cut up into squares!

These gummies are my go-to because they’re easy, they taste good, and they give me peace of mind that I’m feeding my skin from the inside out.

So make a batch, pop a few in the fridge, and know that you’re doing something beautiful for your body—one delicious bite at a time.
