Hormone Friendly Skin Care

This is a well requested and overdue blog post and I can’t wait to share with you my favorite products that don’t disrupt your hormones. Toxic skincare (which is most skincare) create hormonal imbalances by raising estrogen levels and loading up our liver. These are the products I personally use from these different brands and love them! Click the images to shop them! - none of these are sponsored, I literally use all of these products and love them....you can look in my draw if you want to ;) Foundation - Inika or Jane Iredale pressed powder Inika - I use their mascara Eyeliner - Jane Iredale Ere Perez - I use their highlighter and blush Karen Murrell Lipstick Makeup brushes - Ere Perez and Lily Lulo Bronzer - Lily Lolo Eyeshadows - Lily Lolo or W3LL people (i can only now seem to their products in America) Face oils that I use and love: DIY facewash and face mask: This is my fave fash wash and it is so cheap and easy to make

• 1kg honey
• 1kg fine salt (NOT ROCK SALT)
• 100ml almond oil
• 4 Tbsp charcoal, 4 Tbsp bentonite clay OR 4 Tbsp turmeric powder, 4 Tbsp spirulina powder (or all of them if you want haha)
• a few drops of each: frankincense essential oil, lemon essential oil, tea tree essential oil, lavender essential oil

mix everything together and place in a jar. If you want to scrub your face like an exfoliant, then scoop more of the bottom of the face mask (as the salt will sink to the bottom) or if you want just a cleanser, use more of the top of the face wash where the oil is. I like to add a little water to mine too to help the consistency BEWARE: if you put turmeric in your facemask IT STAINS so don't use your favorite white washer if you don't want it to turn orange. Moisturiser - Antipodes is so rich and moisturizing, I don't use it every night - just when my skin gets really dry Soap Sunscreen (I've tried tonnes and this is the best - it doesn't make you white!!): Fake tan: Perfume: I use doTERRA oils and they are amazeballs!
