It's nowhere NEAR the amount of work as my other signature program, Queen Alchemy, if you're familiar with that program.

It's a monthly masterclass (about an hour), you'll have integration work that's about taking shit OFF your plate not putting it on (read the testimonials!!), all Telegram support and voice messages will be put in the portal/private podcast so you can sift through what you need to listen to.

I'm VERY purposeful about not making HER YEAR overwhelming. The whole point of HER is to feel like we're doing LESS and yet achieving more. This program will but you BACK time.

You can join the HER calls whilst breastfeeding or on a walk or cooking dinner. You can tune in and out of the Telegram as needed. You get to make this what you need!!

This program is about support, community, and expansion—NOT adding more onto your to-do list.

Queen Alchemy is the QUEEN of all programs. I take you through my unique healing blueprint so that you can be free of all the stuff blocking you from being the dream version of yourself.

Honestly, HER YEAR is different from anything else I've done. It's all about embodiment, taking action, and re-aligning your life. This is very much an action and commitment-focused program. There isn't healing work or trauma release like QA is. It's instead for the woman who wants to  put her healing in action to re-align her life in the four areas of influence (health, career, relationships, wealth) so that she can embody "HER." I'll be using 2 main 'Monica modalities' for you over the 12 months to help you expand into this next level.

If you aren't in a place where you're ready to uplevel (aka you need to work on healing first), then QA may be a better fit. ALSO, whilst trauma healing is absolutely one of the required pillars to create your dream life, you don't necessarily have to do Queen Alchemy first. Just know when you DO do Queen Alchemy, it'll likely 100x your results combined with HER YEAR.

Great question! Whilst healing your trauma will support you in finding it easier to embody HER (because you won't have your trauma blocking you), it doesn't mean you can't join HER YEAR and get heaps from it!

For some people, they prefer to start with more 'action' work like this and then go into trauma healing later because that just excites them more. It's also about what your priorities are. 

Don't be mistaken, you will be healing, growing and expanding MASSIVELY inside of HER Year. Just don't use this program as a substitute for Queen Alchemy because it's nothing like it. The two programs complement each other but are very different and serve different purposes.

HER YEAR is such a different program than anything I’ve ever done—it's combining EVERYTHING that it takes to really become the dream version of youreslf. So whilst we'll of course have some healing in it, it will be on specific things to help you become the next level version of yourself.

This is not a trauma healing program—that's Queen Alchemy. This is all embodiment, action-oriented, and creating forward momentum & results in all areas of your life work.

The embodiment comes through all of the action steps that you will be taking and the rejigging that you will do in your life to really become “HER.” So the embodiment piece is 100% there IN the action steps that we’ll go through and everything that you’re going to integrate.

HER YEAR is all about embodiment, taking action, and re-aligning your life. This is a very action and commitment-focused program. There isn't a focus on trauma release but there will be components of healing, of course. If you need to do trauma healing to have the foundation of becoming HER, then please start with Queen Alchemy or The Immersion! We have the next round of QA starting in spring of 2026  and you can absolutely do both.

We can always use the excuse that “I don’t have time,” but the reality is if you feel overwhelmed by life, this is all the more reason for you to join HER YEAR. The more you "don't have time for it", the more you need to do it. This work will help you feel like you have more “control” (in a good way) over your time and less overwhelm. I literally created it FOR the busiest women in my life.
